Reflections of players who have attended events we have held

"Coach Ilse has helped me develop into a better goaltender, not just with my fundamentals but also having a great mentality and gave me drills so I can work at home as well" - Anonymous Goalie - 2018

"The Elite 50 camp was like no other camp I have previously attended. The Coaching Staff wanted to work with each individual not just watch us compete. The experience was one that I will surely reflect on to give me insight at the next level" - Anonymous player - 2016

Coaching Experience:

Seton Hill University (2013 - Current)

Chris Ilse is entering into his fifth year on the Seton Hill men's lacrosse staff. He is currently serving as the team's defensive coordinator and goalie coach.

In his first full season as defensive coordinator in 2015, Ilse led Seton Hill to a nearly 38% decrease in goals against from the previous season (155 to 111). In 2017, the defense held opponents to the lowest GAA in program history (7.38) which also ranked them 6th in the country.

As the defensive coordinator for the previous three seasons at Seton Hill, Ilse helped the Griffins become one of the top defensive units in the country, twice being ranked 6th in 2015 & 2017. In those two
campaigns the Griffins allowed less than 8 goals against per game.

The Griffins had their best season ever in 2017, winning the Great Midwest Athletic Conference championship by beating Mercyhurst. Ilse coached Brett Craig, Joe Cillo, Jonah Gutentag and Max Eismann all
whom were selected to GMAC conference selections.
